Ky-Mani Marley one of the most well-known and wealthy Reggae artists was born on February 26, 1976, in Falmouth Jamaica. He was a part of the classic film Shottas opposite another singer Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani recorded his first album, called Like Father Like Son in 1996. This was later it was followed with Dear Dad", which reached number 1 in the British Reggae chart. In 1997, Ky-Mani teamed up along with Praswell (Fugees) for Avenue which was a smash cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley performed for the first time at Midem which is an international festival of music held in Miami. Marley performed at the Cameo Theatre which was live broadcast to other 36 nations.
